oarr_t oarr_zeros(uint64_t nrows, uint64_t ncols, bases_t nbases, ord_t order, dhelpl_t dhl)

Create an array filled with zeros.

Parameters:

• nrows – [in] Number of rows of the array

• ncols – [in] Number of columns of the array

• nbases – [in] Number of bases of the OTI number.

• order – [in] Truncation order of the imaginary number.

• dhl – [in] Direction helper list object.
